Ok heres what you do first download swf opener, when thats done install it or extract it (cant remember what to do after you install it...), then open the folder its in then it should come with a swfcacheviewer open that up, when that opens up it shows you all the flash vids you have watched recently, click on the one you want to download then at the bottom of the swfcacheviewer it should say refresh,delete,view,etc....click save as then there...
